SPRING 2025
We have been visiting the forest school this half term. In the forest school we have been exploring the different area using our binoculars and magnifying glasses! We have been looking at lots of different insects and the different habitats that they live in.
In History, we have been exploring what Harlow was like in the past and in the present. We were lucky enough to have a visit from the lovely Mrs Watts who came in to talk to us about what Harlow was like in the past. We had written Mrs Watts lots of questions that she was able to talk to us about and answer.
In RE, we have been looking at our topic ‘Desert to Garden’ we have been focusing in on the Easter Story. We enjoyed learning about Palm Sunday and created our own Palm leaves and sequenced the story. Through our learning of Catholic Social Teaching, we have been exploring ‘The Common Good’ principle and have been looking at Laudato Si.
In Science, we have been exploring our senses. We focused in on our sense of hearing. We explored our hearing through listening to different genres of music and experimenting playing with a range of different musical instruments.
