SPRING 2025

We have had an amazing half term full of learning and fun. We’ve boarded the Titanic and learnt about the various ways of travelling in history. Within our science topic we have been exploring and tasting foods from various food groups. During our PSHE we’ve also been exploring what a healthy balance and variety of food would include. We created a magical garden as a class designing amazing magical aspects such as a wishing apple tree. Hedgehogs class love maths and this term we have been working hard on our mental arithmetic, multiplication and division and time in particular. In English we’ve enjoyed developing our stamina, planning and extending our writing. We really enjoyed planning our fear story and adding more punctuation to our writing. We’ve enjoyed exploring the forest and investigating the micro habitats. Hedgehog class as always have been extremely reflective during our collective worship sessions, they live out our gospel values within their everyday lives.
